Assist G.M Production, regarding plant production, monitoring department’s daily progress, administration and security.• Coordination with all department heads and daily meeting with production and quality control managers, discussion on production and quality control issues which are observed during the 24 hrs operation of the plant and taking their remedial actions.• Collating rapid necessary arrangements to resolve the issue regarding man & machine as & when problem occurs (Trouble shooting) during plant operation.• Monitoring of Daily Production Report (DPR) prepared by the Production Deptt.• Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, manpower and equipment to meet production targets

• Control and minimize cost of production while providing consistently quality product.• Plan and estimate the annual budget proposals, estimate of materials, equipment and manpower requirements for the plant.• Develop production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw materials, fuels and finished products.• Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work.• Direct quality control inspection system and develop production reporting procedures.• Develop equipment maintenance schedules with maintenance department and recommend the repair / replacement of machines.• Train employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques.• Discuss work priorities with subordinates and maintenance department.• Instituted and monitored safe work practice procedure to maintain an injury-free and efficient production facility

• Planning to increase company’s productivity by making optimum use of the available resources.• Create time-bound Production schedule, Budgeting and Study of Plant Operational Parameters to achieve the targets.• Repair / Maintenance of all the production equipment and ensure that it is completely hazard-free.• Evaluate performance of production team and motivate to perform better.• Cost, plan and control operating budget• Implement preventive maintenance program for production facilities.
