I am developing advanced biosensors for surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) to transform liquid biopsy diagnostics. Instead of relying on conventional targeting agents that capture specific biomarkers and limit the scope of analysis, my approach focuses on examining entire biological samples. By machine learning algorithms , I aim to uncover disease-specific molecular patterns, enabling a holistic understanding of pathological conditions for more accurate diagnostics and powerful prognostic insights. This strategy not only enhances the sensitivity of detection but also opens doors to identifying complex disease signatures from minimally invasive samples.
