Responsible in monitoring the health of IPSTAR Satellite earth station in the Philippines.Responsible for the monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining operations of VSAT Radio Frequency systems (HPA, BUC, LNA, LUC, BDC, SRT and Dehydrators.)Monitored dark fiber connectivity between Main and Diversity RF systems.Responsible for monitoring web based application tool (CACTI, MRTG and SYSMON) to ensure connectivity between service providers and clients.Responsible for managing disaster recovery tasks such as the backup of user data via Storage Area Network (SAN) and tape devices.Responsible in closely monitoring backbone utilization of service providers on their ALLOT and Bluecoat packet shaper.Installation User Terminal (Modem) using IPSTAR User Access Terminal software.Provides technical support including changing bandwidth, IP address specific to client requirements through WEBPro.Perform preventive server and desktop maintenance.
