In this role, I oversee performance of legacy and large-scale projects on installation products business unit. I partner with project management on risk assessment of projects, innovating corrective and preventative actions to mitigate risks. I also collaborate with vendors, reconciling accounts to facilitate improved cash flow control. As well, I respond to external audits and management reporting requirements.• Created processes to improve transparency and data reliability for financial status of all projects.

In this role, I maintained full accountability for Local MMS unit for Network Control. I managed monthly closing, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and monitored variances between budget and actual results to implement corrective and improvement actions. I also facilitated business planning definition and implementation in accordance with unit strategies. I leveraged PowerBI to develop reporting dashboards and financial models, supporting general management needs in analyzing sales, financial performance, and project portfolio status. As well, I monitored progress achievement of all milestones, fostering achievement of revenue gross margin, OCF, SG&A expenses.• Established and developed local finance support for product group operations; set up reporting tools for project portfolio updates, and implemented new controls and monitoring for resource allocation and utilization.

In this role, I championed organizational change through leading newly created product group Energy Portfolio Management, defining business scope and facilitating reporting and accounting system creation. I delivered financial information and actionable recommendations based on KPIs, operational strategies, cost structure, and productivity optimization. I prepared and presented monthly packages for business review. I also developed financial models for revenue recognition and forecating, as well as KPI dashboards. As well, I defined budget and control, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance of Global Product Group EPM with consolidated annual orders of $65M, and a structure of 185 employees, as well as local controlling activities for NAM region.• Built the product group reporting structure from the ground up, ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant financial statements.• Drove operational improvement of $3.4M EBITDA and Cash flow improvement of $11M between 2016 and 2017, for EPM business.
