• Reporting to the manager, be responsible for the IT operations and services within the Hotel, including software an hardware support, security, anti-virus, firewall protection, server and network maintenance , website etc.• Ensure that the Hotel’s computer systems, servers, email server, network infrastructure and traffic are efficiently run, well maintained and secured.• Ensure critical systems, specifically but not limited to Oracle Opera PMS, Call Accounting, PABX, POS, Email services are available 24 hours.• Provide all system and network support services, including service outage diagnosis, troubleshooting, restoration of services, virus protection management.• To monitor and report on operational IT problems and carries out test on software implementations, updates software patches and installs anti-virus system to protect the systems.• To train end users on the correct usage of IT systems and provide first line user support services before referring to vendor support, if required.• Provide IT technical assistance and support for all users and guest within the hotel • Manage third party vendors.• To document all IT tasks, work processes, system workflow and ensure proper tracking and records of Hotel’s IT equipment and issuance to associates.• Manage the daily backup of the system and data files.• Manage sourcing, acquisition and configuration of hardware and software for the hotel and office.• Responsible for all software and hardware renewal licensing.• To constantly explore new IT improvement and efficient way in supporting the hotel operations.• Perform any ad-hoc duties and projects assigned.

• Team Lead, Field/First level support for Point of Sales (POS). • Installs and configures Diebold-Nixdorf’s computer systems and it’s peripherals which are running on Windows and Linux operating systems.• Perform software investigation and root cause for sales issue.• Immediate Technical Solutions (Onsite and Phone) on end-users for clients such as Cheers, Cold Storage, Giant, RWS, Parkway Hospital, and some other clients on both hardware and software issues encountered by the POS system.• Software/Hardware technical/network support for all POS machines\computers\laptops including Retail, Duty Free Shop, Money Changer, Tax Refund Counter, Efeedback kiosk, Free Internet kiosk & Customer Information Systems at Changi Airport. • Provide troubleshooting and configuration on common network issues.• On-site and classroom trainings/ demo on the customers on how to use the system proficiently and effectively.• Provide technical standby support on a minimum of 12/7 to a maximum of 24/7 basis.

• Carry out all the technical duties for SingTel regarding Fiber Connection.• MIO-TV, Broadband, MIO-V Installation and Maintenance at customer site.• Installation of Callzone for customer for customer premises.• Trouble shooting all triple play services provide by SingTel to customer• Desktop configuration, network connectivity, network access issues and printer connectivity.• Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, configuration and repairing computer systems.• Responsible for performing hardware and software performance regularly.• Provide a high level of technical support and customer service ensuring that any escalations or concerns are addressed professionally.• Provides top quality end to end service delivery by ensuring installation restoration work are met by SingTel’s standards.
