I am responsible for the administration, maintenance of depot system. In addition I am involved in the training of Users. I am responsible for the design, development and delivery of a suite of management information reports using Access and Excel.

• Organise and monitor inventory count schedules.• Validate and provide count results.• Monitor and highlight short coded stock.• Arrange vendor uplifts, store uplifts and depot transfers.• Investigate and process store claims.• Report on all depot adjustments.• Order depot consumables.• Asset manage warehouse hardware.
