Develop RAM (Reliability, Availability and Maintainability/) activities in the projects with LAM scope (Latin America) referring to the railway signaling segment. RAM activities are divided into project phases, being they: Specification/Tender phase, Design phase, Integration and Validation phase, Operation and Maintenance phase. Each phase presents a set of specific activities and deliverables, being commonly used concepts of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis/), RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), RCA (Root Cause Analysis), study of spare parts, preparation of technical documentation. Interface with Maintenance and Project Management teams with customers, aiming at a good development for each phase of the project.

Apply the FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System) methodology through fault reporting, fault analysis, corrective action and learning system in the mine equipment, located in Serra Sul - Complexo S11D Eliezer Batista (Canaã dos Carajás/PA). In the failure analysis process, I highlight the use of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), RCA (Root Cause Analysis), FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), Ishikawa Diagram and Pareto Diagram. Regarding the corrective action process, I highlight the SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) project aiming at reducing maintenance time in critical activities. Initially, I was responsible for the reliability of mine equipment: Jaw Crushers, Roller Crushers, Mobile Conveyor Belts (Belt Wagon), Fixed Conveyor Belt, Conveyor Belt Chutes. Subsequently, I was assigned for reliability of fleet equipment: Off-Highway Truck, Loader, Crawler Tractor, Motor Grader. Among the achievements of this period, I highlight: Preparation of reports on fault analysis, resulting in greater clarity about the incidents that occurred with the assets; Improvement in history and analysis of actions with the implementation of modifications in maintenance report; Total reduction of downtime of equipment under maintenance with the development of simplified processes for tool change, optimizing time, personal and financial resources; Reduction in downtime (on average 60% less), with the implementation of SMED methodology in critical maintenance activities. Reduction of material costs in (on average 12% lower) by nationalizing mechanical components.
