I am a technology enthusiast, with my most recent role as a Technical Presales Consultant in print and document workflow software solutions. I have a broad gamut of technical hands-on experience in IT, as well as experience in managing small teams, and running projects. My work history has enabled me to form a multi-faceted view of an environment, which can enable me to identify potential issues early in the process, and form a plan to overcome the issue before it becomes a problem. I have a strong sense of honesty and integrity, which not only helps me to become a trusted team member, but also build a strong relationship with customers.I have always had a very customer focused mindset, I believe that if the focus is kept on the customer's objectives, I can help turn what may have initially been a negative experience for a customer into a positive outcome which can strengthen the bond between customer and provider.
