Duties & Responsibilities:1. Extract data from Invitations to Bid and enter the data into the company CRM.2. Analyze plans and other project documents to conduct a cabinetry scope of work take-off report.3. Provide proposal for the take-off reports made.4. Schedule and coordinate project phases and ensure all tasks are completed on time.5. Ensure all shop drawings made by the architect are correct based on plans and client’s preferences. 6. Maintain complete and accurate project files.7. Provide administrative support to Senior Estimators and Project Managers.8. Communicate project status to Project Managers.

1. Finding new bid opportunities through government websites and do takeoff and estimates.2. Do takeoff and estimates to the projects given by the sales team.3. Working with purchasing on needed parts of bids.4. Schedule and coordinate bid projects to ensure that the bidding deadline is met.5. Provide support to Bid manager especially in making the bidding process faster and efficient.

1. Responsible to tag content from images and rate it accurately.2. Able to label objects using the right words (and spelling) in Japanese language.3. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.4. Promoted as part of the QA Team which is responsible in checking, modifying mistakes of the tasks of Level 1 annotators. 5. Report to Project coordinators about the errors encountered.

1. To attend pre-bid meeting and gather plans and scope of works for bidding purpose.2. To be able to quantify and give cost for the electrical materials needed for the submission of proposals.3. Checking of critical values in the plans especially wire size, breakers etc. 4. Checking that all documents and requirements by the client are passed together with the proposal.5. Provide weekly reports on status of work done.6. Perform other pertinent duties and responsibilities as assigned by management, or necessary to protect the best interests of the team.7. Provide change order issues for costing analysis.8. Assisting the head of the department to accomplish goals.9. Perform design and calculations for small residential/ commercial areas.
