A leading role in delivering numerous high profile corporate development and strategic transformation initiatives geared towards enhancing shareholder value and policyholder outcomes, including acquisitions, divestments, strategic cost transformation, capital raising, operational restructuring and technological change.Recent M&A experience includes the acquisitions of SunLife of Canada (UK), ReAssure, Standard Life, Abbey Life and AXA Wealth; a combined consideration of c.£8bn.Divestment experience includes the disposals of Ignis Asset Management, Scottish Mutual International and Ark Life.Extensive delivery experience of operational transformation and post-deal M&A activities, including separations, integrations and strategic cost transformation, realising shareholder benefits and policyholder protection alongside support of the employee journey.Responsible for providing programme direction and structure, managing complex dependencies, delivering to plan and leading senior stakeholder engagement across various Boards and Executive Committees.

An integral role for a key client, RBS, driving the separation and integration efforts following the consortium acquisition of ABN AMRO.

Project management and leadership of a number of key strategic and IT transformation initiatives.
