Engagement with both the technical and sales team provides the best placed knowledge to assist the marketing team with taking the product to market and exhibition participation etc.

Their software platform V-TAS Pro integrates with ‘off the shelf’ technologies and existing hardware. Reporting to the icomply Director, I have responsibility for the technical departments of icomply. My primary focus is the development team, in particular the product management. This includes the delivery of leading edge products allowing the business to deliver systems that are considered by clients to be best in class. I encourage the department to take a holistic approach to ensure the efficient delivery and support of projects.Main Responsibilities :-• Key member of the senior management team• Product Management/Ownership, taking products from ideas to release & in-life development• Managing the development, project deployment and technical support teams • Technical sales support including presentations, product demonstrations and project bid support• Act as the main intermediary between the technical team and key business stakeholders• Produce statistics & reports for colleagues, clients and other stakeholders• Responsible for purchasing within budget constraints• Training of key personnel
