- Supporting Zalando's Co-CEOs & Management Board on high level strategic projects for Zalando, as deputy to the Chief of Staff, managing CEO activity, as well as providing sparring support for the C-level and Chief of Staff- Creating a professional structure and processes around the CEO office and extended Management Board in order to ensure relevant and objective decision making- Leading a number of personal ad-hoc projects on behalf of Zalando CEOs, as well as helping develop a number of strategically sensitive topics- Working alongside Zalando’s Internal Communications team to ensure CEO communication and all company communication events and messaging are delivered in line with company strategy and values

- A founding team member of Zalando Connected Retail, connecting Bricks and Mortar stores to the Zalando platform, leading the Strategic Projects team, heading up high value strategic projects - Working cross-functionally across Zalando to ensure high value strategic projects are delivered smoothly and on time - Led the project teams that resulted in the implementation of Zalando’s Same/Next Day Delivery proposition from stores in Berlin, as well as leading the international expansion of Connected Retail from our launch in Germany to 13 different territories- Engaging with numerous high-level stakeholders including vice-presidents for the respective units and in a number of cases producing reports and documents for the board of Zalando SE- Managing and coaching a team of Project Managers who take a lead on all strategically relevant projects to Connected Retail, from regulatory through to new product launches- Developing, implementing and championing a consistent Project Management approach

- A member of the digital delivery and strategic leadership team working alongside all workstreams in Germany and the UK, to develop strategic direction for the bank, as well as ensuring alignment of all activities, plans and operational processes for new releases to the digital only platform- Managed strategic and digital change across the German bank through direct engagement with leading stakeholders in Germany and the UK- Project Managed the release of all digital products and enhancements in the German market and all operational requirements surrounding them - Ensured the implementation and optimisation of processes across the German bank, enabling smooth handover of launch products to BAU as well as their operational implementation

- Started as a member of PwC’s industry leading Foundation for the Future graduate consulting programme, viewed by PwC as their “University for Consultants”, progressing through the firm to the role of Senior Consultant with the German practice- Worked as a member of the German Programme & Portfolio Management competency as well as alongside the PwC global markets teams and with a number of international private and governmental clients based in Europe, Africa and the Middle East- Engaged with clients to enable them to improve their programme management processes across borders, including working with a large German bank to ensure their programme risk processes were aligned throughout their European, Asian and US operations as well as the UK NHS to develop processes around the move to a Clinical Commissioning Group model- Advised clients around a number of business-critical areas including customer strategy, business process optimisation and change management- The (mainland) European lead for operation of the PwC Programme Maturity assessment tool and a member of the global team that produced the PwC Global PPM Survey 2014 (http://www.pwc.com/gx/en/consulting-services/portfolio-programme-management/assets/global-ppm-survey.pdf- Produced board level deliverables for high profile retail, energy and financial services clients in regards to their operations, including digital channel strategy, programme and supply chain management and process improvement, whilst engaging with board members and senior staff
