Perform Job assessment and Site Visits if required. * Initial Hazard Assessment and Job Planning on how to execute the task efficiently without compromising safety. 2. Ensure all necessary documentation/paper works are meet prior to the job execution.3. Set up heat treatment- example are as follows (but not limited to): a. Building temporary furnaces(low voltage or mains heaters, Gas firing) b.Using electrical resistance heaters for post weld heat treatment(stress relieve). c. Set up preheat and hydrogen bake out. 4. Promoted as Shift Senior control Engineer after Pasar expansion in 2015Duties and Responsibilities. 1. Responsible of running the whole copper flash smelter and kumera steam dryer. 2. Look after shift supervisor and control room engineers to ensure operation standard and process parameters are meet. 3. Ensure all crew are performing their job efficiently and safely. 4. Report writing and hand overs for the next shift control engineer.

Duties and resposibilities:1. Supervise a 15 man crew for the shift, delegate task to each crew.2. Plan production for the shift based on converter and anode furnace availabilities. 3. Ensure all process parameters are meet. (Copper loss, matte production).
