 Observe operation logistics regarding order approval, order removal, correct goods delivery and documentation.  Ensuring efficient receipt and dispatch of wide range of products to branches.  Managing stock control while improving the operation of receiving department.  Manage stock transfer from the central warehouse to all the outlets on schedule to ensure availability of stock on the shelves for sale.  Communicate all emergencies, delays due to system failure or carrier schedule changes to branch managers.
