Computer Engineer• Resolving computer queries and repair• In this positon the main responsibilities involved Communicating with customers to determine problems and if possible offer solutions. Then following up and carrying out these solutions.• In this role various skills were gained such as Interpersonal Skills through dealing with the public, technical skills - soft and hard in tackling the many different variations of problems that can occur. • This role consisted of many challenges; initially there was a steep learning curve, as learning on the job was required, as I had to take in stride new challenges that were constantly being presented. The ability to be dynamic and quick thinking is key in effectively dealing with customer’s complaints and queries.
