In my career I have delivered projects across sponsorship partnerships, internal communications, media and public affairs and I’ve done it for a luxury hotel, Life & Pensions companies, a major retail and commercial bank, a customer focused PR agency and a leading Scottish football club.Comfortable supporting business units, I have extensive experience in managing senior stakeholders, creating communications strategies to support change, and supporting the business to deliver business outcomes against the overall strategy. I enjoy working in small teams to identify and deliver outcomes which support organisational objectives. I've been responsible for the design and delivery of an employer brand strategy at Gleneagles to attract the best talent for over 50 different specialisms, including the delivery of the refreshed careers website. I've led the design and delivery of Royal London’s partnership with the British & Irish Lions, who were undertaking a feasibility study into creating a women’s Lions team. I’ve also managed the communications for complex projects in my career, including a re-platforming programme, sale of a subsidiary business and numerous people change programmes. I am comfortable working on my own but I really get a kick out of playing the role of a facilitator in small teams.
