Responsable to provide solutions in order to achieve corporate targets and improve the KPIs, like ITO`s, VMI, DSO / DPO, supplier negotiation ( Price, incoterm, deliveries, AP, payment terms) Customer facing, looking inventory reductions through buy back, E&O disposition based on T&C`s, SCRAP, ECO`s excecution ) looking MM profit with differents kind of supplier deals,

Responsible to leading production planning, MPS´s, order administrator & ECO coordinator at BTO and CTO environment for 3 different segments ( NPI – SMT – Box Built ) networking customer.

Program Manager,During this time, I´m leading the CFT to ensure the customer satisfaction ensuring the best manufacturing quality product, services, timing response, OTD and revenue with the major possible profit for the company.
