Through this role I have gained experience in an hands on enviroment where the needs of customers and staff are meet on a daily basis in order to succeed in the environment. Through this I have gained intensive communication skills where I can communicate to junior staff on current daily duties and also communicate through customer channels in order to deliver a positive service. High standard leadership skills have also been gained where I have to carry out supervisor duties when needed through opening and closing shifts including directing staff on busy events on hourly jobs that need to be done.

Promoting Sydney School of Entrepreneurship through my social network particular Southern Cross University. This role has gained me more confidence in the business environment through having a hands on approach in particular seeing how marketing evolves a business. I continue to promote SSE's great environment to any student wanting to expand their business experience.

Through this position I gained a hands on experience in the event management sector. This role equiped me with marketing experience through handling and creating Facebook and website page content for one of their contracts: New South Wales Apiarists Association. Also gained skills in organising and running a major event of 300 people with the Annual New South Wales Apiarists Association Conference held in May 2019 including helping organising payment transactions, customer enquires, and correct information being dispensed through social media outlets. High leadership and communication skills gained from learning in an office environment.
