PMC-GASCO Nitrogen Gas Injection (NGI) Project.Initially at Samsung Engineering Global HQ- Seoul Korea.- Finalizing HSE deliverables prior to mobilization to UAE for KOM and subsequent early works.- Technical Review- HAZOP/ SIL close outs.- Facilitating statutory approvals prior to mobilizing to UAE.- Conducted Constructability reviews.Mobilized To HABSHAN Oilfields-UAEPrimary objective to promote safe working practices.Provide technical advise to management and workforce.Facilitate HIRA for work in LIVE Gas Plant.Presentation of HSEIA report to ADNOC for final approval.Coordinate the implementation of Company HSE policies,Management systems and site specific Management plans.Create,evaluate and administer the HSE program to include the development and presentation of training programs for management, supervisors and employees and monitor.PHSER review. ........................................................................PMC- ADCO BAB Gas Compression Project.- Strategic Consulting,ensuring compliance to Client's Safety Management Systems.- Heading up Accident / Incident investigation teams to identify the “Root Causes” and to ensure that all recommendations are implemented and closed out.- Ensure that all accident statistics are maintained, trends identified and remedial actions are implemented.- Maintaining and updating ADCO HEARTS system.- Conduct and coordinate all emergency exercise plans in conjunction with ADCO Crisis Management Team. - Facilitate as Team Leader in the compilation of all Task Risk Assessments.- Review and coordinate all critical lift plans.- Participate in all PHSER meetings (Project Health, Safety and Environmental Reviews) - Committee member Best Practises- Review and recommend Best Practises to be implemented throughout ADCO. - Ensure compliance with the ADCO PTW system throughout construction till final commissioning.EPC Contractor- SK Engineering and Construction.- Seoul Korea.

Ras Tanura Refinery-Aramco

• Monitor EPC Contractors Safety Performance and Procedures.• Ensure Compliance with Aramco Construction Safety Manual.• Carry out Incident/Accident Investigations in conjunction with Aramco loss prevention Department.• Carry out Risk Reviews prior to Tie Ins on Live Refinery Plant and Equipment and Implement Safe Systems of work.• Monitor Contractor Man Camps to ensure compliance with Aramco Sanitary Code and Fire Prevention Policies.• Review and coordinate all Critical Lift Plans.• Provide Health and Safety Training.• Monitor all heavy equipment arriving on site to ensure that equipment meets the project requirements.• Coordinate all contractors training requirements with Aramco Training Division.• Conduct HAZOPS /ENVID /SIL /HSEIA close outs.• Pre Start Up Safety Reviews (PSSR).EPC Contractor-Samsung Engineering -Seoul South Korea
