- Manage all aspects of the Hotel and Activities booking process and help customers make the best possible travel arrangements
- Resolve customer issues relating to Hotel and Activity bookings or airfare issues to ensure the customer receives an unforgettable travel experience
- Identify customer needs and guide users through specific product features and platform functionalities
