Including designing and delivering a new concept of retail as a service (RAAS) store, a shopping mall online marketplace and a loyalty program.

Large Multinational Non-food Retailer – Worked on the digital transformational program in the client, specifically in CRM strategy and eCRM campaign operation. Brazilian apparel industry/retailer – Worked in franchise expansion strategy and developed a new tool based on geomarketing concepts to optimize the field force planning.
