• Supervise, mentor, and manage the daily workload of the Creative Team.• Directly report and collaborate with the Executive Art Director and Chief Creative Officer for all creative requirements.• Execute concept board, storyboard, print layouts, collaterals, below-the-line requirements, promotional items, etc. based on the creative brief and in collaboration with the rest of the Creative Team• Be knowledgeable of clients’ products/services, target audience and their competitors’ activities to come up with quality, relevant, effective campaigns• Be constantly present and active during client meetings and presentations.• Clear compres with Executive Art Director and Chief Creative Officer before turn over to Accounts for client presentation and submission.• Oversee campaigns from the production stage to completion; attend shoots/recordings• Maintain efficiency and quality of work even during simultaneous and multiple projects• Be passionate in selling work to colleagues and clients• Be involved in the whole creative process – from brainstorming sessions, to art direction, and even with copywriting and actual production process.• Observe punctuality in meetings, whether internal or with Client• Make best use of own and others’ time; minimize or avoid delays• Display prudence and diligence in using company and even manpower resources; find ways to do more with less• Display a positive attitude towards work despite the pressures and tight deadlines

Basic tasks required includes but are not limited to: conceptualization, research, design, layout, cleaning, traffic and coordination of illustrations and creative artworks for agency materials/requirements, including but not limited to storyboards, visual pegs, print ads, point-of-sale displays, websites and other marketing collaterals.
