Key Responsibilities:• Working with key stakeholders and programme managers to define new project requirements and milestones for current and emerging capabilities.• Provide project level presentations across industry to inform stakeholders, executives and board members on capabilities progress within project and wider programme plans.• Delivering objectives to strict targets with time, cost and quality constraints.• Exploit Land networks to coordinate and support expertise within the Air domain and industry to better utilise training and education opportunities to ‘grow our own’ talent.• Organising and arranging the development and integration group; supporting future capability change strategies and enhancing inter-organisational relationships with a focus on training and education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:• Creating User requirements and statements of need for new capabilities ensuring that they are fit for purpose and meet commercial scrutiny.• Create Business Cases for the Senior Leadership Team whilst encompassing the future finance needs for the business and wider organisation.• Provide high level reports (oral and written) to Programme Managers about Project milestones and Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Opportunities (RAIDO) relevant to capability development working groups.• Stakeholder management with partners across government, industry contractors and specialist technicians to ensure customer requirements are met.• Financial management of c£350K project funds within £10m accessible budget and provide sound advice for forecasting and obtaining future funds for projects from external boards.

Key Responsibilities: • Planning, preparation, coordination and execution of airdrop trials involving new to service, or existing service eqpt. • Recommendation of amendments to airdrop publications. • Creating personal reports. • Providing advice to MOD, design organisations and industry partners concerning aerial delivery.• Development of aerial delivery techniques and rigging schemes. • Conduct technical investigations into malfunctioning aerial delivery systems to improve reliability and safety.

Employed as the senior engineering technical authority within the organisation. Responsible for effective coordination of engineering LEAN processes, resources, personnel and wide ranging vehicle repairs. Including, the creation of a technically and legislative compliant engineering management system with a robust and effective quality audit process. Included a 6 month deployment to Kenya.

Deployed to Afghanistan as the Battlegroup Equipment Support Liaison Officer, delivering timely ES materiel functions to the organisation, providing a Mean Variant Between Failure analysis for the WARTHOG equipment platform.Reviewed and organised the new equipment support structure for the supported establishment and provided solutions to the Chain of Command for manning and deployed equipments.
