Allan is an engineer, project and facility manager with experience in Defence, tertiary health care facilities, local government and commercial sectors.Throughout his forty year career, Allan has built skills in development and delivery of major capital programs (including Public Private Partnerships), strategic planning, asset and facilities management, contract management and administration on major capital projects.Allan has led engagements with Defence Infrastructure sector and has direct project experience in the delivery of major Commonwealth and Defence projects. This experience includes traditional project delivery, Public Private Partnerships and Managing Contractor.Allan brings a high level of both strategic and operational leadership gained from his experience in a range of Commonwealth, Defence, health, commercial building and property industry sectors.Allan's expertise includes: - Client side Technical Advisory, Project Management and Contract Administration services in  PPP delivery projects;- Experience and understanding of Public Sector building infrastructure projects (including  project development, approvals, and delivery)- Strategic asset and facilities management in health, commercial and public buildings Leadership, team building and mentoring in complex organisations Project management skills- Stakeholder consultation and client relationships
