With nearly 40 years of providing global airspace, air traffic control / airspace management expertise with a unique ability to assess the impact of new air traffic management, aeronautical communication, navigation and surveillance capabilities, unmanned aircraft systems/remotely piloted aircraft operations, counter-unmanned aircraft systems, and propose appropriate policy advice through representation at various aviation-related forums. He has experience supporting major aviation technology program implementation, especially in conjunction with policy change; supporting the highest levels of aviation leadership within the Department of Defense (DoD) as well as the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
