Although employed as a Network Architect working across the business providing agile networking services, my primary role has been the Technical Design Authority on the National Air Traffic Services (NATS) ISA program. • Participate in the solution design review to ensure the end-to-end technical design is compliant with customer technical requirements and specifications.• Participate in the design review process to identify risks and issues and appropriate mitigation and controls.• Liaise with key stakeholders to provide support and improve understanding of requirements.• Provide and contribute to LOE/ROM planning project activities.• Investigate, troubleshoot and advise on technology best practices to address technical challenges.• Triage and complete technical impact assessments as part NATS' Business Process Framework.• Support project test review activities and participate in project phase and engineering forums.• Evaluate all elements of System Infrastructure project activities, managing backlog, tracking and fulfilment progress. • Provide technical input to the change process for planning and implementation TAB/CAB.• Participating and defining requirement test verification and validation.• Provide Technology Design representation across network infrastructure, with a knowledge of each of the unpinning technologies. • Write and maintain design and service supporting documentation.
