Commissioning hydrogen fuel cell testing stations. Validating and tuning EOP components and equipment. Adjusting the thermodynamic and hydrodynamic processes via. PID tuning of I/O components located on stations, these include; mass flow sensors, pressure transducers, thermocouples, safety check components, etc. Particulars of the role include hardware and software debugging/troubleshooting, performing P&ID verification, and equipment testing.

My graduate research included working with light interferometric methods to measure residual stresses of tensioned bandsaw blades. My thesis involved R&D of a shearographic measurement tool, full data analysis of the collected slope profile, and developing a residual stress relationship related to the measured slope.

Working closely with professors in mechanical engineering to design an experimental mechanics based course for 3rd year students. Designed and tested experiments suitable for students. Experiments included all facets of mechanical engineering. My main focus for the experiments was associated with aerodynamics, thermal heat transfer, and stress/strain analysis.
