I am currently working at XPO Logistics formerly Norbert Dentressangle. I have worked my way through various roles with in the company including Outbound Clerk, Accounts Clerk and Payroll Clerk.I have been heavily involved with the measurement of all activities on site to compile the targets to assist in setting the budget for the following years.I have recently become an ITSSAR qualified instructor in LLOPs, Counter Balance FLT & multi-directional FLTs.I have compiled detailed reports for all levels of management and final customer regarding performance and how to improve efficiency.

I was employed firstly as a delivery driver delivering to all parts of Britain. I was then asked to assist in the goods in & despatch areas. I quickly progressed to the role of supervisor. I was booking in the work from various sub-contractors whilst maintaining a good working relationship. I was involved in the planning of the work through the sub-contractors to maintain the flow of work to meet customer deadlines

I was the despatch supervisor of the frozen food despatch area, despatch frozen food orders to all the major supermarket chains. I then progressed to the despatch supervisor of the chilled food despatch area ensuring correct stock rotations and customer orders were despatched on time

I was employed as an apprentice electrician working mainly in the workshop based in Wrexham assembling control panels for the Iceland frozen food shops and electrical control panels for the conveyor belt industry. My employment ended here due to redundancy although I am a qualified electrician I am not time served electrician and would have resit my last year.
