We managed to keep the stores sales targets to fewer than 20% of the previous year's sales.
My other duties consisted of accompanying our sales reps in ride a longs to help increase sales from our existing business owners and to sign new business owners. One of my goals while I was there was to bring the management team closer together and to work as a team. This was done through team and one on one meetings. Teaching the staff how to properly prepare the store for inventory was another goal I accomplished while I was there.
