Development of a project within the Aneel Energy Efficiency Program. The project consists of transforming into organic fertilizer the waste generated by the electrical company from the urban pruning mixed with the organic waste from municipal schools to be donated to the Family Agriculture Program. The goal of the project is to reuse the waste, preserve the environment, and provide high-quality organic fertilizer to families in the region, reducing the need for chemical fertilizers.Additionally, I was responsible for measuring indicators that assess the quality of service and energy supply, responding to complaints from major clients, conducting studies to improve the service provided, sending indicator bulletins, and opening continuous improvement actions.
