I've worked in the drinks industry, museums and for the majority at Sky, as a front facing Customer interacting role, in sales, in service and in escalated complaints. I've also managed teams, and performance with coaching and on boarding being massive areas that I enjoy doing and have been successful in.Engaged and organised thinker, and a highly motivated leader of people. I am energized by helping people to be at their best through effective coaching and mentoring, accounting for different styles of learning for others as well as for presenting out , supporting individuals to overcome their perceived limitations and exceed their own expectations.
