I led with the executive team and advised on all financial decisions while consulting on numerous other business decisions. I also directly oversaw numerous departments including finance, human resources, music label, front office, IT, media, and partnership. I submitted applications and file legal reports on behalf of the organization and also conducted internal audits on each department to help understand each department's strategy and value to the whole. I also helped to establish processes and metrics for the business and it's related subsidiaries regarding finances, human capital (staff and volunteers), and other operations.

I was responsible to organize and track monthly and annual budgets to the Executive Team and Board of Directors. I created efficient procedures for all company expenses (payments schedules, direct deposits, reimbursements, etc). I also managed accounting and bookkeeping staff and established a culture of excellence and constant improvement. During this time, I also helped oversee a building and facility move (including lease negotiations and build-out).

It was my job to process and enter financial data into CRM, donor tracking, and accounting software as well as establish procedures for collection and counting of all donations. I tracked all revenue and expenses throughout the organization and reported directly to the Executive team regularly on the organizations financial situation

I was responsible for researching, drafting, and finalizing grant applications (including economic justification, trade data, maps, and legal documents) to the U.S. Foreign-Trade Zones Board on behalf of clients. I also conducted cost-benefit analysis and created proposals in response to RFPs and in order to market company services.

I was responsible, as a student, for purchasing and maintaining all Psychology professor's computers and needed classroom equipment as well as a student computer lab for the Psychology department. I also worked was responsible for creating and maintaining the Psychology department website. Lastly, I worked directly with professors to help create working models for research studies.
