Alma Greenfield 400,000 tpy Aluminium Smelter for Alcan Smelters & Chemicals Limited, Alma, Quebec, Canada: Senior Designer in the Process Control Group responsible for producing the design of cable, instrument and panel list, loop P & ID’s, along with motor schematics, I/O connection, panel and location drawing. Also field assistance on site to verify Instrument installation and wiring.

Reynolds Metals Company, Massena, New York, U.S.A.: Responsible for the design of process instrument drawings in the Material Handling section along with loop, location, wiring and I/O diagrams. Also produced instrument list and data sheets, and designed computer graphic operational screens using Wonderware (Intouch).

De-inking Plant Expansion for Spruce Falls Inc., Kapuskasing, Ontario, Canada: Field assignment, Responsible for creating new wiring drawings for re-wiring the old Moore control system to the new Bailey DCS. This also involved ordering of instrumentation, producing tubing and wiring diagrams, location diagrams, writing work request to have the tradesman do their work, planning and supervising the work to be done on each shutdown and producing as built once the project was completed. Also communicated with the instrument suppliers, PLC suppliers, and the process engineer.

Alouette Aluminium Smelter, Sept Iles, Quebec, Canada: Responsible for the design process instrument drawings in the Material Handling section along with loop, location, wiring and I/O diagrams. Produced instrument list, cable list and data sheets. Coordinate all of turnkey drawings and information.

 Domtar Pulp & Paper, Cornwall, Ontario, Canada: Designing and drafting P & ID’s and loop drawings on AUTOCAD Ver.10. Selected and ordered the instrumentation.
