I advise bank groups, unsecured creditors’ and bondholder committees, and acquirers and debtors in large-scale restructurings and reorganizations, as well as non-judicial workouts throughout the United States. I also have significant experience in bankruptcy litigation, particularly in fraudulent transfer and preference litigation, contested confirmation hearings and bankruptcy appeals.I am a member of the New York and Illinois Bars and am admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Second, Fifth and Seventh Circuits and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern District of Wisconsin and Eastern District of Michigan.
