These are mission critical infrastructure components with average 100k RPS, average latency below 10 ms and overall reliability of 99.99%.Enhance and address high priority issues for Trust Domain Service (TDS). Develop and enhance pricing engine for Dynamics AX for Retail product. Pricing engine is the most critical and complicated component of retail business and is responsible for calculating retail prices across all channels (including HQ Call Center, Retail POS client and eCommerce storefront). It can be configured to calculate very complicated retail prices/discounts (simple discount, mix and match discount, threshold discount, quality discount and customized discount) with many configuration entities (Prices, Discounts, Coupons), it is highly flexible and extensible. Develop V1 deployment process to help to move Dynamics AX Retail product from On-premises to Cloud (Azure) by levering azure deployment technology (ARM template, PowerShell). This work is well received by the whole Dynamics AX Retail team and was the deployment go-to guy. Develop Distributed Order Management (DOM) system for Retail product. This is a V1 product that provides very flexible configuration and management capabilities, it can process large number of orders with lower delay by leveraging Azure storage (Cosmos DB) and batch processing capability.Participate in customer support activities (DRI and on call duty) in regular basis, engage with customers from different geo locations with good commutation and deep understanding of customers issues, provide quick mitigations as well as long-term solutions, and drive better design and long-term product enhancement by working closely with engineering team, solution architect and customers.

Participate in transforming the system from C/S based solution to B/S based solution and develop automated tests to increase form testing coverage.Develop and maintain patent management system (IPAM). This is the system that helps lawyers, paralegals, and outside counsels to manage all the patents for Microsoft.Develop and maintain internal business critical data points for Microsoft CRM and develop data integration between internal CRM system and external data providers.Maintain engineering system including server management, build system and continuous integration pipeline. Main technology is Microsoft VSTF system.
