Allan has been successfully marketing and selling Real Estate since 1997.Formerly with the L J Hooker, Allan has obtained numerous achievement awards including, in the 1997/98 year and again in the 1998/99 year, and qualifying for the prestigious “Captains Club” in recognition of his outstanding sales performance. “Captains Club” members are the top 10% of all salespeople within the L J Hooker group throughout Australasia, yet as a group they are responsible for 50% of sales each year. During 2000-2004, Allan progressed to the elite “Multi-Million Dollar Chapter” of the Captains Club. In 2005, Allan obtained life membership of the Multi Million-Dollar Chapter for 6 consecutive years in the Chapter.In the 2005/06 year Allan obtained recognition with the Professionals group for his achievements – Millionaires Club, Top 10% Sales in New Zealand, Top 20% Listed properties and in 2006/07 10 Million Dollar Club, Top 20% Sales & 1st-Top 5 Auction/Tender Lister.
