Ø Analyze processes to determine areas of redundancy, risk and potential for data integrity issues. Responsible for the development and implementation of policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure the quality of data.

Ø As a Business Marketing Analyst, led all company initiatives for business process improvements, product evaluation and purchasing, and multiple database marketing campaigns while successfully managing a CRM implementation.Ø Independently analyzed all business core competencies and gathered all necessary business and technology requirements to help streamline the company’s overall project lifecycles. Manage the on-going customization of the CRM system to allow the business to operate more efficiently, reduce redundancy and costs, while improving the monthly billing cycle by over a week increasing company cash flow.
