Billing and revenue specialist at TCS. Working daily with software such as MS Excel, Salesforce and SAP, my responsibilities include reviewing, managing and processing of sales contracts ensuring revenue and invoicing are executed correctly and in a timely manner as well as following the accounting laws. Other duties include reporting and account reconciliation and support for sales teams and during revenue audits. Additionally, outside my official role, I am regularly involved with developing and implementing new solutions and process improvements in order to optimise workflows and reduce TAT on time consuming tasks and reports. This also includes automation of tasks, which require a high level of manual intervention. Examples are centralisation of reporting and developing templates such as macro-driven Excel reports in order to accommodate the often very tight deadlines as well as more accurate results.

Worked as a bookkeeper/accounting assistant for Jill & Joy, which owns multiple clothing retail stores. Working daily with software such as MS Excel and Navision (Dynamics NAV), my responsibilities included managing and processing of the individual stores’ income and expenses, invoice payments and monthly and yearly reconciliation. Other duties included regular contact and communication both internally with stores and employees as well as creditors. Additionally I was involved with implementing new solutions and software in order to optimise workflows and reduce costs.
