In addition to leading a team of up to 15 Claims Adjudicators and Associate Claims Adjudicators in the processing of agricultural risk management claims, I worked to standardize quality reviews and reporting. Using SQL, Microsoft Excel and VBA, I have been able to create and deliver consistent, meaningful reporting, measuring departmental metrics, tracking individual quantitative performance, and the breakdown of payments by commodity.I have worked with cross-departmental teams to develop and create new programs which further benefit our customers. I have assisted with program design, helped to create SOP's for the implementation of the program, created approval templates for benefit approvals and provided reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. I have designed and delivered training to adjudicators and provided feedback through quality reviews and coaching.In leading staff, I believe in providing the support and tools they need, but allowing them to learn and find processes and methods that work for them.
