Ensures that issues are escalated to appropriate service owners and followed by a process review to ensure learnings are applied.Responsible for providing business analysis and support to the department. Assists in the development of financial and business performance indicators and undertakes comparative analysis; monitors operational performance, prepares reporting package and investigates variances.Provides analytical support on departmental projects and studies and assists the department performing operational reviews to identify gaps and opportunities and aides in formulating possible solutions.Conducts scheduled and ad hoc research, analysis and regular reporting on programs, facility rentals and other products/services offered by the departmentRepresent the department on corporate teams and projects.Respond to a variety of internal and external inquiries and complaints.
