Unity Studios designs and develops interactive 3D software and games for business customers around the world. As CEO I’ve had the overall responsibility for defining the strategy and leading the company in all matters.Unity Studios started as a 3-man satellite team at Unity Technologies, where I was hired to help launch a major project for a customer, and at the same time establish the team as a separate legal company. We scaled from 3 to 32 employees, and received awards for growth. We successfully designed, developed and delivered award winning interactive 3D projects to more than 90 customers all around the world, including companies such as Volkswagen, AkzoNobel, Procter & Gamble, Microsoft, Velux, Cartoon Networks, ZDF and BBC. Next to the B2B business, launched 4 game products of our own to the consumer market, and were key players in a large EU project about virtual maritime training simulation.In 2013 I was in charge of changing the strategy to fully focus on B2B, and to invest more into the new emerging technologies of VR and AR. In early 2015 I was in charge of setting up a proffessional board of directors.

Managing the development and production of the company’s products, communications with customers, sales work, setting up (and dismantling) production teams, planning strategies for keeping up with market trends, customer demands, immerging new gaming platforms and the overall technology evolutions within the industry.Responsibility for development teams. Involved with expanding the company size from 10 Danish software developers in 1999, to around 90 employees working in 5 separate international subsidiaries in 2003.1997-2007: managed and directly or indirectly oversaw the completion of over 50 software titles (games as well as business-to-business applications), produced for platforms such as Windows PC, Playstation 2, GameBoy Advance, Nintendo DS, Palm and Pocket PC.
