Allan G. Nkonge is a Ugandan trained finance and strategic planning specialist passionate about manufacturing for job creation and national development. Previously, Allan served as a financial advisor at ICEA Asset Management (IAM); an Accounts Assistant & Coordinator Social Enterprises and Project/Business Development at Youth Social Work Association; He was also a Part-time Researcher at Data Arch Solutions. Currently, Allan is an Operations Manager at Roke Investment International.Allan has practical experience of developing partnerships and relationships which have given organisations long term value from customers and markets both in the public and private sectors. Allan advises clients on complex business development issues both at start-up and even when businesses are going concerns. Allan is also committed to helping with his home country’s crippling unemployment crisis that cuts across age. Therefore, Allan is passionate about building upon his professional experience in business and looks forward to gaining insights into successful problem solving in business, innovation and critical thinking and decision-making skills for leadership building ultimately reducing the unemployment crisis.Allan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Makerere University Kampala. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax and Revenue Administration from East African School of Taxation (EAST) Kampala. In addition, Allan holds a Certificate in Public Administration and Management from School of Statistics and Applied Economics, College of Business and Management Sciences – Makerere University Kampala.
