Managed client service function for nation-wide Real Estate Franchise Brokerage Network (200 offices, 4,000 agents representing $7 Billion annual sales volume). Member of HSF Senior Leadership Team. Reported to President. HSF Acquired Brookfield’s U.S, Real Estate divisions in 2012. • Implemented metrics driven and scalable consulting process, resulting in an increase in same store sales units of 8.3% (vs. industry average of 3.2%) in a 1-year period.• Created a robust broker peer review and best practices sharing program. Grew participation in the program by 300% in 14 months. Deep focus on key drivers of financial performance.• Built user-friendly financial tools and metrics scorecards that allowed brokers to quickly assess operational and financial performance and make informed decisions.• Created annual financial benchmarking and engagement programs for entire network.• Negotiated renewals of expiring franchise contracts during a large period of potential turnover. Directed all aspects of Financial Reporting and Analysis for GMAC and Real Living Real Estate franchises prior to, during and after conversion of GMAC brand to Real Living brand in 2010-2011. Managed annual budget and monthly forecasting processes. Developed monthly financial reporting package, including analysis of financial statements and key indicators. • Negotiated restructure and conversion terms with numerous GMAC franchisees during market crash and transition to the Real Living brand.• Built franchise fee pricing models and detailed competitive analyses while launching Real Living as a national brand. Presented recommendations to executive team. • Managed the due diligence process to facilitate the sale of all company owned real estate offices, representing over 3,000 agents and $300 million in gross commission income.• Provided consulting services to the 40 largest companies in the Real Living Real Estate Network, representing $325 million in gross commission income.

Managed CFO’s of 5 company owned real estate companies as well as analysts for franchise division. Supervised total staff of 30 people. Total revenues exceeded $400 million. Operations sold to Brookfield in 2008.• Successfully consolidated the monthly accounting systems of 5 separately operated real estate companies post-acquisition. Standardized management reporting across all divisions.• Implemented web-based, automated monthly forecasting tool for 95 branch offices, dramatically improving forecast accuracy.
