I was responsible for defining and implementing the deployment architecture of the Company’s products. I managed the colo which runs the Company’s hosted services (SaaS) and an international team of IT/Operations engineers.My job comprised of hands-on operations, planning, budgeting and providing 24X7 support for worldwide Telco customer applications and IT infrastructure for R&D and internal operations.I also managed the performance engineering team on all PAC (Performance, Availability and Capacity) activities, worked with Engineering teams to test and enhance performance of the Company's products, and provided capacity planning and scaling, as the demand grew.

I also provided support for technical pre-sales activities, maintaining demo systems and responding to RFI and RFP.The Company's products enabled mobile phone operators to effectively manage multi-protocol messaging channels (SMS, MMS and PAP etc.) and facilitated the business relationship with the content providers, shortening the integration and test life-cycles for launching new contents to subscribers.
