• Contribute to the development and realization of the growth strategies and business results of the overall business• Ensure coordination and commitment of plans and strategies with other Rockpanel departments or ROCKWOOL departments• Manage and/or participate in Rockpanel and/or ROCKWOOL International projects• Drive continuous improvement of sales efficiency

Key result areas, key responsibilities and job content:Sales Development:• Setting up and implementing approved distribution contracts and maintaining an effective sales/distribution network that supports the realization of the business goals.• Builds strong relationships based on the ROCKPANEL principles and values with the main stakeholders in the building process.• Manages the sales process through the CRM system and ensures that the team works accordingly.• Maintain a good understanding of the market and our competitors.• Supports the development of the yearly Marketing and Sales Plans together with MD. Then implements the sales actions and supports the marketing activity together with MD in the light of market developments. People Management:• Motivate, develop, manage and facilitate sales employees to enable them to reach their goals in line with the sales and marketing plan and in line with the strategy.• Supports the MD in the setting of clear business goals for the team and individuals and manages the team in the light of the values and principles of the ROCKWOOL Way.• Understands the principles of giving and receiving constructive feedback.Budget:• Supports the MD in preparing the Scandinavian content of the planning sessions including the budget session.• Setting up and realization of yearly planning and budgets for the realization of defined goals in terms of m2, turnover -growth, market share, and as such optimizing margins.
