Project Management- Developing SOW and triaging of project activities..- Identifying and planning mitigation strategies for risks that impact on the project’s schedule and outcome.Consulting Engineer- Developing solution architecture designs for the implementation and integration of ITS control systems and CCTV systems.- Preparing quotations and proposals in response to new project tenders.- Planning and management of field devices and software procurement for customer projects.- Reviewing of new ITS field device placements on roads to ensure safe and effective management.Project Technical Lead- Preparation and planning of change management on scheduled works to ensure smooth delivery to the customers’ environment.- Providing training and support to both internal staff and customers on ITS devices management and control through ITS control systems.- Performing commissioning testing of road management software and field devices.- Assisting customers with acceptance testing and troubleshooting of ITS field devices.Traffic Engineering- Reviewing construction design drawings/plans including electrical cabling constructs.- Traffic signal controller personality programming and testing.- Multi-intersection coordination planning and implementation.Systems Engineering- Deployment planning for integrating new ITS control systems/subsystems into the customer’s road management infrastructure.- Performing impact assessments to minimise the impact on the customer’s operations and platform.- Analysing ITS control systems’ platform performance to identify areas for improvement.- Developing acceptance test procedures to verify traceability between specifications and requirements to ensure scope and objectives are achieved.- Providing clients training and technical support on troubleshooting devices and software application operations. - Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to determine software development requirements.

- Ensuring software development verification and testing are complete; and- Documenting the software builds branching process to allow for tracking of software enhancements and fixes.

- Diagnosing software defects reported by customers and collaborating with software development teams to address the defects; - Providing software defect fixes progress and status to customers;- Monitoring customers’ virtual platform using Nagios to ensure system stability;- Remote management and troubleshooting of field devices (i.e. Linux platform field processors); and- Performing monthly systems health checks on customers’ virtual infrastructure including STREAMS application servers and also Digital Video Management Systems to ensure systems performance is maintained.
