As a Customer Assistant for Lloyds Banking Group I played a pivotal role as part of the second largest branch in Edinburgh. My Responsibilities;-Recognise and refer potential sales leads to sales assistants in order help meet overall branch targets and to achieve personal sales targets.-Working under pressure, accurately carrying out account transactions which involved counting large amounts of cash and advising customers on which accounts would suit their banking needs.- Administer overseas money transfers on behalf of customers taking great attention to detail as often large sums of money were involved.- Build up an excellent customer service relationship with customers ensuring they feel personally valued every time they visit the branch and all their needs are met.
