My role at Fastenal is wide and varies a lot. I manage a group of individuals to make sure our store is clean and everything is flowing smoothly. Which consists of moving thousands of products daily. While organizing all of that I also work with ordering in all of our product's to ensure everything is coming in within a timely fashion which includes a heavy load of scavenging through excel sheets and Material Requirements for customers. I am also involved in dealing with one of our larger accounts at the store and making sure they stay happy.

In my role at the Creamery, I managed a crew of students to maximize efficiency and profit while keeping an upbeat environment, thought of new creative ways to make the company more money while selling fewer products, and maintained our store solutions to make sure pricing and buttons worked on Ferdinand’s POS system, firewalls were installed properly to avoid scams, servers were getting connection to all P.C’s.
