The Volume CPH is an initiative to build a bridge between the day to day operations of a film shoot and the opportunities using digital virtual production tools. We focus on keeping the pipelines learned through generations yet enhancing them with modern methods.

MoCPH was established January 2012 to cover the growing needs for high tech equipment on film / tv shoots.

I started many many years ago as a coffee brew specialist - a.k.a. production runner - I came from the Theater world where I worked in the evenings to get through college. I made feature film for years as a production assistant and gained interest for the camera dept.Worked my way through clapper / loader - 1 A.C. but also did time in grip dept. handling cranes and dollies , learning security issues and working practices.I constructed a 6 axis Motion Control dolly with jib and learned the does and donts about the mechanics - tons of animations with multiple modelmovers and triggering later I went into the live action motion control recording and have extensive experience in this field.Recent years I developed U.I. for previz systems used on a multimillion dollar hollywood feature with great success.At present I focus on the new virtual production mindset and the tools to make it useful. I see a great potential in this field.
