CurrentSpecializing in Patient-centric affordability programsPartner with internal and external stakeholders with respect to program design, program improvements and/or enhancements.Manage programs per the scope of work, program and standard operating procedures within the contracted budget.Own the client relationship, gaining trust and building rapport to achieve successful goals.Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders for program operational responsibilities.Manage creation and execution of program SOWs.Contribute to the analysis and writing of client reports and other deliverables.Monitor and report on program statistics and metrics used to measure the performance of team members, teams, and the overall program.Presentation of quarterly business reviews providing an in-depth analysis of program metrics to clients.Leverage cutting-edge technologies (including Salesforce) to develop program metric reporting, manage client initiatives and monitor program performance.
