With over 20 years collection and recoveries experience I was appointed to the Advisory Council of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) in 2016.I am an award-winning Credit Manager with previous experience across a diverse range of industries including Utilities, Media, Publishing, Banking and Insurance. Since 2012, I have been the Operations Director for Waters & Gate, a leading Debt Collection Agency that provide collection solutions to clients across a variety of industries.
